Privacy

You keep the rights to your design. We use your file only to quote and print your order. We don't share it, sell it, show it, or use it to train anything. It is deleted 14 days after pickup.

Your file

• When you upload, the file stays on our own server in Calgary. It is sliced there. It is not sent to any other company or AI service.
• If you don't order, the file is deleted within 48 hours.
• If you order, we keep it until 14 days after pickup, so we can reprint a part that failed. Then it is deleted.
• If you cancel, or we can't print it, it is deleted right away.
• We print from a USB stick, not a cloud printer app. Working copies on the stick are deleted on the same schedule.
• Your file is not included in backups.

What we keep

• The order record: your name, email, phone, the file name, its size, colour, quantity, price, and dates. We keep this because tax law requires us to keep business records, for up to six years.
• We do not keep a copy of the design itself in that record.

What we don't keep

• No accounts and no tracking cookies. The only cookie on this site is for our own sign-in to the admin page.
• No analytics.
• Our web server does not keep a log of who visited or what they uploaded.

Who else sees anything

• Cloudflare carries traffic to this site and sees the connection, as every website host does. It does not get a copy of your file to keep.
• That's it for now. There is no online payment yet. You pay at pickup.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your file early. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, PIPEDA. Ask us at pickup, or reply to any email from us.
