What you are buying

A plastic part printed from your file, in PLA, in the colour you choose. FDM printing leaves layer lines and small marks where supports were. Sizes can be off by a few tenths of a millimetre. If a hole or a fit matters, tell us in the notes.

Your design

You keep every right to your design. You give us permission to use the file only to quote and print your order. You confirm that you own the design or have permission to print it.

What we won't print

Weapons, weapon parts or accessories, medical devices, anything a person's safety depends on, and designs that are clearly someone else's property. A person reviews every order before it goes on the printer. If we decline, we cancel the order and delete the file. You haven't paid anything at that point.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown when you order, in Canadian dollars. We do not charge GST at this time. You pay when you pick up the part.

Timing

The ready date shown is our best estimate in business days. If a print fails we reprint it at no cost, and we email you if that pushes the date.

Pickup

3 - 2712 37 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 5L3. Weekdays 10 am to 5 pm, by appointment. We call or email when it is ready. Parts not collected within 30 days of the ready email may be recycled.

If something is wrong

Look the part over when you pick it up. If it doesn't match your file because of our printing, we reprint it, or you don't pay. If the file itself was wrong, a reprint is a new order.

Limits

The part is a plastic object, not a certified or safety component. Our responsibility is limited to the price of the order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.
